• We receive your debtors details via fax, e-mail or collection

 

• We then input all information onto our call centre collection system

 

• Our experienced call agents then proceed to contact your debtor as regularly as is necessary to collect payment

 

• 2% interest is added onto the outstanding amount on a monthly basis

 

• Our income is derived mostly from interest & fees charged for actions taken. (within the boundaries set out by the Debt Collectors Act)

 

• All paid up accounts are returned with reports by 15th of the following month

 

• Our call centres operate during normal office hours, however for those difficult to contact debtors, we also offer an after hours service

 

• All business dealings are confidential

• Provision of a great work environment, treating each other with respect and dignity.

• Assist in ensuring your business is compliant with the National Credit

Act, other legislation and credit collection best practices

Gray’s Financial Services is a registered debt collection agency, specializing in collection services to the medical, educational and corporate professions.

 

Debt Collection is a third party intervention thus shielding you from unpleasant interaction with your debtor and preserve your goodwill where ever possible. If they are unable to pay in full we work out and monitor a reasonable payment plan with interest.
